Update:  On February 14, 2014, Direct Energy Services/Direct Energy Business, Ohio Power Company, Duke Energy Ohio, Dayton Power and Light Company (DP&L), FirstEnergy, IGS Energy, and the Ohio Hospital Association filed applications for rehearing.

Further, the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC) filed a motion for an extension of time to file a memorandum contra the applications for rehearing.  OCC requested an expedited ruling on its motion.
