Update: On February 10, 2015, AEP Ohio filed reply comments in response to comments filed by OMA Energy Group and IEU-Ohio. In its reply comments, AEP Ohio argues, among other things, that it is not required to bid the savings associated with the CHP systems into PJM auctions, and that its proposed treatment of shared savings associated with this project is permitted under the existing portfolio plan.
