Update: DP&L and other parties who agreed to the settlement, filed testimony in support of the settlement. OMAEG is considering options to file testimony to oppose the Distribution Modernization Rider (DMR) and other riders contained in the settlement. The hearing is scheduled for March 8, 2017.
