Update:  OMAEG filed applications for rehearing of the PUCO’s November 3, 2016 decisions in AEP Ohio’s ESP 3 case and the PPA rider case. In its applications for rehearing, OMAEG urges the PUCO to reverse its decision authorizing the OVEC-only PPA rider and increasing the Distribution Investment Rider (DIR) revenue caps by an additional $8.6 million.
