Update: On December 3, 2014, the Commission granted AEP Ohio’s motion for oral argument, limiting the scope of issues to be addressed at the argument to AEP’s proposed Rider PPA. Oral argument will take place after the regularly-scheduled Commission meeting on December 17, 2014. AEP Ohio will be given ten minutes to present its arguments regarding the proposed PPA rider. Counsel for any party of record that filed a post-hearing brief in the AEP ESP case, including the OMA Energy Group, will then be given five minutes to present its arguments regarding the proposed PPA rider. AEP Ohio will then be provided ten minutes for rebuttal.
