Update: On December 20, 2013, the OCC, Kroger, OMA, and Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy (OPAE) filed a reply to Duke’s memorandum contra to a motion to stay. The motion to stay requested that implementation by Duke of rates for recovering manufactured gas clean-up costs be stayed until the resolution of the applications for rehearing and appeals process. The Commission has not issued a decision on this motion.
On December 23, 2013, the OCC, Kroger, OMA, and OPAE filed a joint memorandum contra to Duke’s application for rehearing. Duke also filed a memorandum contra to the joint application for rehearing file by OCC, Kroger, OMA, and OPAE.
