Update:  On December 19, 2013, AEP Ohio filed a motion to amend the procedural schedule and request for expedited treatment in its storm rider case.  In its motion, AEP Ohio requested that the schedule be amended as follows:

–       Testimony in opposition to the Stipulation will be due prior to the close of  business on December 30, 2013

–       Depositions will be set up during the week of January 6, 2014

–       The evidentiary hearing will take place January 22, 2014

The Commission granted AEP Ohio’s motion to amend the procedural schedule on December 19, 2019.  As outlined previously, OMAEG is a signatory party to the stipulation.  Further, OMAEG will not be sponsoring testimony.
