Update:  The PUCO granted requests to extend the procedural schedule in several of the EE/PDR cases in order to provide parties additional time to meet with the utility companies and continue settlement discussions.  Staff has requested that the utilities implement an overall cost cap on the programs and shared savings that customers will have to pay.
