Update:  OMAEG filed testimony of Thomas Lause with Cooper Tire opposing DP&L’s proposed credit support rider called the Distribution Modernization Rider (DMR).  Specifically, Mr. Lause’s testimony addressed, among other things, the negative economic impact of Rider DMR on manufacturers in the state of Ohio given the increase in electricity costs and the anticompetitive effects on all businesses in Ohio.  Several other intervening parties also filed testimony opposing DP&L’s Rider DMR.
