Update:  On November 22, 2013, Republic Steel filed a motion for extension of the procedural schedule, requesting that the hearing date be moved from November 26, 2013 to January 27, 2014.  A call and continue hearing was held on November 26, 2013 and the hearing will recommence on January 7, 2014.
