Update: On December 16, 2014, OMA Energy Group filed reply comments in response to the comments filed by RESA, IEU-Ohio, OEG, OCC, and other parties previously filed on December 1, 2014. Now that reply comments have been filed, the Commission is expected to make a determination of whether a hearing on AEP’s capacity shopping tax application is necessary.
