Update: OMAEG and others moved to reject the implementation of FirstEnergy’s distribution modernization rider (DMR) or alternatively to stay FirstEnergy’s collection of the DMR or collect the DMR revenues subject to refund as FirstEnergy has not yet met the requirements set forth by the PUCO to allow DMR collection. FirstEnergy opposed the joint motion.
