Update: On December 6, 2013, Ohio Power Company, Staff, the Ohio Hospital Association, OMAEG, Kroger, IEU-Ohio, and the Ohio Energy Group entered into and filed a joint Stipulation and Recommendation with the Commission.  The Ohio Consumers’ Counsel did not sign onto the stipulation and will proceed to hearing.  The Ohio Power Company also filed a motion for extension of the procedural schedule.  The motion requested that testimony in support of the stipulation and recommendation be filed December 12, 2013, testimony opposing the stipulation and recommendation be filed December 19, 2013, and the hearing to be scheduled for January 9, 2014.  The Commission has not yet made a decision on the motion.
