Update:  Counsel for OMA attended and participated in the December 11, 2013, en banc workshop held by the Commission to discuss Ohio’s retail electric market. The workshop covered topics such as consumer education, customer enrollment options, contract portability, purchase of receivables, bill formatting, and electronic data interchange.
