Update: Over the last week, FirstEnergy and various intervenors have continued filing various motions pertaining to disputes over discovery-related issues. On December 10, 2014, the attorney examiner issued an entry scheduling a prehearing conference on December 18, 2014 in order to resolve certain motions and other procedural matters, namely the outstanding discovery disputes that are currently pending in the case.
