Update: On December 10, 2014, TimkenSteel filed a copy of the fully-executed third amendment to the contract memorializing the reasonable arrangement between TimkenSteel and AEP Ohio. The third amendment reflects the terms of the stipulation approved by the Commission on October 29, 2014.
