Update: Pursuant to a new provision enacted by S.B. 310, the Commission established December 11, 2015 as the effective date for its rules governing disclosure to customers of the costs of the renewable energy resource, energy efficiency savings, and peak demand reduction requirements. Electric utilities and CRES providers have 90 days from December 11, 2015 to implement the requirements of the rules.
