Update: The Commission granted a motion filed by several parties, including OMA Energy Group, to reopen the proceedings and establish a procedural schedule so that the factual bases underlying the latest stipulation can be explored in accordance with due process rights. The Commission’s decision permits the parties to file testimony and conduct discovery on the latest stipulation. An evidentiary hearing is scheduled for January 14, 2016.
