Update:  On August 30, 2012, DP&L scheduled a meeting “to explain [its] analysis of the settlement offer received this month by a number of parties, and to discuss where [the parties] go next.”  The meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at the PUCO at 9:00 a.m.  We will participate in the next settlement meeting and provide an update.
