Update: On August 21, 2015, several parties, including OMA Energy Group, filed a reply to AEP’s memorandum contra the parties’ motion to postpone the procedural schedule issued by the attorney examiner in this proceeding, contending that the parties have sought only a reasonable and justified extension of time to allow all parties a real opportunity to retain experts, examine discovery, prepare testimony, and prepare cross-examination.
