Update:  As previously noted, a group of intervenors (including the OMAEG) has sent a counter proposal to DP&L.  DP&L informed the parties that they were unable to get back to the parties this week with a response to the parties’ August 10 counter proposal, as initially planned.  DP&L states that it is “analyzing the proposal, in light of the company’s financial need and in light of the AEP decision,” and plans to provide a reaction to the proposal and a further explanation of DP&L’s financial circumstances and expects to make a counterproposal.  We are continuing to be involved in settlement discussions and will provide updates accordingly.
