Update:  On August 21, 2014, IEU-Ohio, OCC, Ohio Energy Group, and Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy (Joint Movants) filed a joint reply in support of their motion for stay.  The Joint Movants are requesting that the Commission stay its order authorizing DP&L to bill and collect a nonbypassable charge, the service stability rider while the appeal is pending.
