Update:  On August 15, 2014, the parties, including OMA Energy Group, filed reply briefs.  OMA Energy Group’s reply brief included arguments that, among other things, the Commission should deny AEP-Ohio’s requested expansion of its distribution investment rider and the establishment of Rider PPA, which would result in AEP-Ohio customers paying for generation-related costs in violation of Ohio law and Commission regulations.  The parties are now awaiting the Commission’s decision.
