Update: Last week, the Staff of the Commission filed a motion to void the due date for Staff testimony to be filed, which was August 14, 2015. Parties participated in a pre-hearing conference on August 18, 2015, at which the attorney examiner ordered Staff witness testimony to be filed two weeks prior to the date on which a Staff witness testifies. The evidentiary hearing on FirstEnergy’s application and the stipulations is scheduled to commence on August 31, 2015.
