Update: This week, OMAEG intervened and filed objections opposing certain aspects of DP&L’s Energy Efficiency and Peak Demand Reduction (EE/PDR) portfolio plan. Specifically, OMAEG objected to DP&L’s repeated attempts to count savings associated with customer efficiency efforts undertaken outside of the utility-administered programs. OMAEG also commented that DP&L’s proposed shared savings mechanism should be modified to include a cap on shared savings.
