Update:  On August 15, 2012, the PUCO granted the applications for rehearing filed by the OMAEG, OHA, OEG, IEU-Ohio, Schools, FES, and AEP-Ohio, in order to further consider the matters specified in the applications.  We will continue to monitor this case and provide updates when the PUCO issues a substantive entry on rehearing.
