Update: The PUCO agreed with OMA Energy Group and rejected DP&L’s request to extend the filing date of its energy efficiency and peak demand reduction program portfolio plan to October 15, 2016, stating the request was excessive. As ordered, DP&L must file its plan by June 15, 2016.
