Update:  The Commission approved the Stipulation and Recommendation signed by AEP Ohio, Staff, OEG, Kroger, IEU-Ohio, OMAEG, and OHA.  The Stipulation provides that AEP Ohio is authorized to recover incremental major storm costs of $54.8 million.  AEP Ohio also committed to flow through to customers any additional refunds received from its vendors.
