Update: The PUCO accepted the results of FirstEnergy’s latest wholesale auction.  Suppliers submitted winning bids for one-, two-, and three-year products to supply electricity to FirstEnergy’s customers, which resulted in average clearing prices ranging from $49.67/MWh to $51.44/MWh. As a comparison, FirstEnergy’s last wholesale auction resulted in average clearing prices ranging from $48.46/MWh to $50.49/MWh for a similar product.
