Update:  On April 11, 2014, Duke filed a Memorandum Contra the joint motion of OMA, OCC, Kroger, and Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy (OPAE) to strike Duke’s memorandum contra the second joint application for rehearing, as well as a motion to strike Duke’s motion for leave to file its “Memorandum Contra Motion to Consolidate of Ohio Power Company, Instanter.”
