Update:  On April 17, 2014, Industrial Energy Users-Ohio (IEU-Ohio) filed a motion to compel discovery, arguing that certain of AEP Ohio’s responses to its 6^th set of requests for production of documents and interrogatories were incomplete, and that AEP Ohio’s objections to the requests/interrogatories were without merit.  IEU-Ohio further requested expedited treatment of its motion from the Commission.
