Update:  Ohio Power Company (AEP Ohio) filed an application for rehearing requesting clarification on the applicability of the Commission’s service requirements.  Specifically, AEP Ohio requested that the Commission clarify that the filing party is still able to perfect service of filings on its own in order to ensure timely service.  AEP Ohio is concerned that the docketing division may not always serve a filing on the same day that it is made, and that the delay will cause the filing party to miss deadlines.
