Update: OMAEG intervened this week to oversee and review Duke’s application to recover 2016 costs for investigation and remediation of its Manufactured Gas Plant (MGP) sites. The appeal of the PUCO’s decision approving up to $55.5 million for investigation and remediation costs incurred from January 2008 through December 2012 is still pending before the Supreme Court of Ohio.
