Update: DP&L filed a motion to implement the SSR Extension Rider on January 1, 2017 to the extent the PUCO has not otherwise authorized DP&L to implement the Reliable Electricity Rider by that time. DP&L maintains that the SSR Extension Rider is necessary to maintain its financial integrity and would enable it to recover $45 million over the first four months of 2017.
