Update: The PUCO accepted the results of AEP’s latest wholesale auction. Suppliers submitted winning bids for a two-year product to supply electricity to AEP’s customers, which resulted in an average clearing price of $46.24/MWh. As a comparison, AEP’s wholesale auction held in November 2015 for a similar product resulted in an average clearing price of $48.29/MWh.
