The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) announced last week that employers can receive federal tax credits for hiring individuals from certain designated groups. Credits of up to $9,600 are available for employers who hire employees who are restored citizens, public assistance recipients, individuals with disabilities and others who may face barriers to employment.
