The Ohio Manufacturers’ Association (OMA) Workforce Committee provides an inclusive forum for manufacturers and partners to surface critical workforce challenges, share best practices, and highlight services and resources that support Ohio’s manufacturing talent ecosystem.

OMA has scheduled three Workforce Committee meetings in 2026. Meetings are held as two-hour morning sessions beginning at 10 a.m., followed by an informal networking lunch provided by OMA, creating opportunities for peer connection and collaboration.
