October marks Manufacturing Month nationwide, with celebrations taking place throughout Ohio. This month, ArcelorMittal in Shelby and Fastlane and Sinclair Community College in Dayton hosted events to inspire youth and highlight the exciting career opportunities available in manufacturing. The Ohio Manufacturers’ Association (OMA) actively supports these efforts by promoting manufacturing career pathways education and providing valuable resources for students, parents and educators alike.
