The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) this week opened the EEO-1 portal for reporting, marking June 24 as the deadline for submission.

Private employers with at least 100 employees and federal contractors with at least 50 employees are required to sort and report data by employee job category, as well as sex and race/ethnicity to the EEOC.
