Ohio EPA has prepared a package of draft hazardous waste management rules pertaining to the classification of certain hazardous wastes as Ohio-specific universal wastes. The new universal wastes include hazardous non-empty aerosol cans, hazardous antifreeze and hazardous paint and paint-related wastes. The OMA has been instrumental in advancing these beneficial rules. Comments are due December 21, 2016.
