Rebecca Andriani Joins OMA Staff as Director of Workforce Services

Rebecca Andriani has joined the OMA staff as the director of workforce services. In this capacity, Rebecca will help guide the OMA’s efforts to boost earn-and-learn initiatives, grow Ohio’s network of industry sector partnerships, educate young people about manufacturing’s career pathways, and more.

Prior to joining the OMA staff, Rebecca worked in education as an intervention specialist. Before that, she served two years as a City Year AmeriCorps member in under-resourced schools. Rebecca is excited to join OMA’s workforce services to enhance the ability of Ohio manufacturers — and their local workforce partners — to solve the state’s manufacturing talent challenges.

Rebecca is a graduate of The College of Wooster, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in French and Francophone Studies. In her free time, she enjoys serving her church community, creating art and music, and spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephew.
