Nearly 200 OMA Members Urge End to OSHA Rule

Ohio’s congressional delegation this week heard from nearly 200 Ohio manufacturers, urging the lawmakers to help stop implementation of the walkaround rule proposed by OSHA. Read the letter, which was crafted and circulated by OMA staff.

As previously reported, the rule poses significant threats to manufacturers’ intellectual property and would provide plant access to union leaders. The U.S Chamber has said the rule would permit “government-imposed trespassing.” 1/25/2024
