July 31 Brings Safety-Related Deadlines for Employers

The end of this month brings safety-related deadlines for Ohio employers. According to OMA Connections Partner Health Management Solutions (HMS), July 31 deadlines include:

• Employer enrollment in a safety council and the respective rebate program; and
• Private employers participating in the Drug-Free Safety Program or Industry-Specific Safety Program must submit a Safety Management Self-Assessment (SH-26).
