Ohio Remains No. 2 for Automobile and Parts Manufacturing Jobs

Ohio remains the nation’s No. 2 state for manufacturing jobs tied to automobile production. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Buckeye State had 177,000 motor vehicles and parts manufacturing jobs as of October 2020 — a 3.8% drop compared to October 2019.
