House Energy Committee Hears Concerns Over PM2.5 Rule

The U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee, led by Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) and Subcommittee Chair Buddy Carter (R-GA), held a legislative hearing on Thursday to address concerns over Biden’s new PM 2.5 rule.

The hearing highlighted the devastating impacts the EPA’s new requirements will have on the U.S. economy and manufacturing jobs. The committee explored common-sense solutions to modernize the EPA’s air quality standards process without compromising the nation’s economic prosperity and livelihoods.
