On August 31, 2015, Staff filed motion for extension of time in which to file the report ordered by the Commission in its February 2015 Opinion and Order (Order) regarding implementation of a purchase of receivables (POR) program. On September 2, 2015, the Commission granted Staff’s request for said extension.
