Update: As you will recall, AEP, OMAEG and other parties reached a settlement in this case, which is pending before the Commission. So as to not disrupt the competitive procurement process and laddering approach of the SSO while the settlement is pending, the Commission granted AEP’s request to conduct the next scheduled Standard Service Offer (SSO) auction.
