Update: This week, the PUCO approved AEP’s application to update its Economic Development Rider (EDR) authorizing a rate reduction from 2.81125 percent to 0.00138 percent of the customer’s base distribution charges. The new rates should go into effect by the start of the first billing cycle of October 2017.
