Update:  This week, OMAEG counsel filed a letter stating that the OMAEG would not be filing a post hearing brief but encouraged the PUCO to continue its open and transparent process to achieve a result that is in the best interest of all ratepayers.  Also, Ormet, AEP-Ohio, IEU-Ohio, and OCC filed post hearing briefs on September 9, 2013.  The PUCO will likely issue a decision in the coming weeks.  We will continue to monitor this proceeding and provide updates accordingly.
