Update:  On October 23, 2014, AEP Ohio filed testimony in support of its comments that the Commission should not refund certain costs associated with Phase I of its previously proposed IGCC generation facility in Meigs County, Ohio.  Intervenor and Staff testimony pertaining to the refund of Phase I costs must be filed with the Commission by November 6, 2014.
